This acquisition further strengthens RESA Power’s position in North America by expanding its engineering capabilities and expertise in medium voltage electrical power solutions.

Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Victoria, British Columbia, Prime Engineering has built a strong reputation for its innovative solutions in medium voltage power and control systems. With this acquisition, RESA Power enhances its ability to meet the complex needs of its customers across the USA and Canada.

Mark Angus, Chief Growth Officer at RESA Power, emphasized that this acquisition "bolsters our ability to design, engineer, and supply medium voltage equipment" across North America.
